Assistant Retail Manager – Santa Fe

We’re a locally owned company with more than 30 years in business, and we’re looking for a high-energy Assistant Retail Manager to join our fast-paced Santa Fe office. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Retail Manager to keep operations running smoothly, build a positive team culture, and deliver outstanding customer service.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the Retail Manager with daily operations, scheduling, hiring, and training

• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and company standards

• Assist with sales, inventory management, and staff development

• Help drive team performance, morale, and customer satisfaction

• Step in to handle escalated customer needs and keep the office running efficiently
