Role Overviews

Motor Vehicle Clerk
Locations: Various offices across Albuquerque & Rio Rancho
We’ll work to place you at the location that best fits your needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Help customers with licenses, titles, registrations, Real IDs, and TSA PreCheck®

• Deliver fast, friendly, and efficient service

• Be part of the welcoming face of MVD Express

Contact Center Representative
Location: 10200 Menaul Blvd NE (in-office)

What You’ll Do:

• Answer phone calls and respond to customer chats

• Support customers across New Mexico and Montana

• Assist internal team members with clear, friendly communication

Retail Manager
1-2 years of leadership experience needed
Location: Albuquerque or Rio Rancho

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee store operations and team performance

• Coach and train team members

• Build a strong, positive team culture

• Monitor and meet performance metrics
