Job description

We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to provide oversight for all operations. The Retail Manager leads all operations at the location and is responsible for making sure the store functions smoothly while optimizing profits. The Retail Manager will ensure that all policies and regulations are being followed, as well as conduct hiring, scheduling and training. In this position, the Retail Manager must be able to garner respect and motivate personnel to perform at their maximum capacity, keeping the office in good working order. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of sales, staff training, reporting, inventory, quality control, staff morale, as well as strong people-skills.

Location flexibility within Albuquerque and Rio Rancho is required.

WHO ARE YOU?

• You have at least 2 years experience of having a team of employees report directly to you in the role of Manager or Supervisor
• You are able to work at any of our Albuquerque or Rio Rancho locations and be moved to any location at any time, location flexibility is a unique and important aspect of what we are looking for
• You have experience with KPI's, coaching, training, motivating, disciplinary conversations, enforcing compliance, schedule making, inventory and other basic leadership experience
• You're a friendly, customer service-obsessed individual with a proven track record in fast, friendly, accurate work
